This home is typically 5 bed, 3 bath. You are viewing the 3 bed, 2 bath version. You’ll have complete access to the entire home except for the level one bedroom/bathrooms. If you decide you would like to use the additional 2 bedrooms/1bathrooms during your stay you will be charged $50 per day and an additional cleaning fee of $40 will be added to our standard cleaning fee.

LEVEL 1 / GROUND FLOOR

A few tastefully decorated steps down from the main floor, the hallmark of this floor is the immersive theater room. A cozy, welcoming, and inviting space for those looking to relax or maybe have some more privacy from the rest of the home.

You will enter into the grand living space featuring 20ft. open frame ceilings. The quaint kitchen is set up with all of the appliances and kitchen gear you need, whether you’re cooking for a few or the whole crew on a holiday, this kitchen is equipped with your needs. Dining is not only available inside on this floor but al fresco. Step out into nature and enjoy the patio views and brand new BBQ. Gather around for relaxation, conversation, or a game night in the living area. Take it back old school and turn on the record player! Enjoy a shower or fill up the claw tub and take out the tray with a glass of wine, or maybe a favorite book! Bedrooms 1 & 2 also live on the floor.

Mountainaire area receives a lot of snow in winter months and when it does, please make sure you drive in a car with 4-wheel drive. While we do our best to make clear pathways for guests, we also ask all guests to be careful and mindful of the snow and ice when it is on the property. Also, we ask that you respect the privacy and peace of our neighbors. There is one Ring camera in the front, outside the door of the home.

PLEASE NOTE

There is NO CENTRAL A/C at this house. In the master bedroom on the top level, we have an AC unit in there. We have box fans for every room and recommend opening windows at night to let the cool air in. When it’s morning and beginning to warm up, please shut the windows/shades to let the cool air stay in.
