Unwind on the expansive deck, where you can stargaze under Sedona’s crystal-clear night sky, or gather around the outdoor dining area for unforgettable meals with family and friends. Fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy a classic Sedona cookout, all while soaking in the stunning landscape that surrounds you. The area also features a cozy fire pit for relaxing evenings and a fun cornhole game for some friendly competition.

**Please note that pool heating is available for an additional fee of $50 per day. To arrange for pool heating, kindly request it in advance.**
**Please note: The pool heater and spa cannot run simultaneously. The system is designed to heat one at a time, so if you’d like to use the heated pool, the spa heater will need to be turned off.** Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home also features: Self Check-In (Smartlock) Heating Washer/Dryer (Detergent is provided) Iron/Board Ring Security Camera Free Parking We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via phone, text, or the channel app. Expect a quick and prompt response. We give our guests space but are available for every inquiry.

The pet fee allows up to 2 dogs. If you have more than 2 dogs, please feel free to inquire about exceptions or additional fees.

★ CANCELLATION ★
Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 3% deduction to cover processing fees.

★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full-date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.

NOTE: Refunds won’t be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.
